Street Workout is physical activity performed mostly in outdoor parks or public facilities. Street workout is a modern name for calisthenics (or bodyweight workouts) in outdoor parks. Street workout is divided into two main branches, the first one being strength training and the second dynamics. Strength training includes isometric holds like: plank, front lever, back lever, etc. Strength training also includes single-arm pull-ups, hefestos, muscle-ups, single-arm pushups, and much more. Dynamic exercises include movements like 360s their variations, switchblades, and an incredible variety of other tricks connected with other moves in order to create routines or sets.
