This 2006 film is a semi-satirical comedy about the interaction between three women, whose colours tend more towards the styles used in male-oriented films than in what is more commonly known as ‘chick-flicks’. Nevertheless the colour content does offer some insights into the characters portrayed in the film. As the sequel to this film is due for release this year, it is a timely reminder of the state of play in the fashion scene of its day.
