Hey Guys,
I have finally done a length check. This was filmed at the beginning of January. I decided to do a length check because I knew that I wanted to cut a few inches off my hair (which I have done) so I thought this would be the best time to do a length check. This is not something I intend to do on a regular basis as stated in the video. If I am respecting the hair that grows out of my head then I am more than confident that it will retain length and be healthy, also length isn't my no.1 goal, health is!
