This pull is rife with mistakes, most notably, casting Jade sphere in earth at 0:49 (qcata brain moment). Don't do this. Instead use air and water spheres later when you're at full energy.
Maybe I'll find it in me to grind this to 44k+ which it can definitely do, but more likely I will just wait to see what happens / if anything changes in the next balance patch in a few weeks.
The above being said, this is a great alternative to Elemental ( • Power Catalyst (Elemental) - Sword / Dagge... )
I would recommend using this in fights with short phases such as Vale Guardian, or Keep Construct. Plenty of other encounters it is good on as well.
