Norwegian Breakaway | Mediterranean Cruise Day 3 | Cannes, The Haven, Syd Norman's, O'Sheehan's

Welcome to Day 3 of our 11 day holiday on board Norwegian Cruise Line's Breakaway cruise ship!

We're Bob and Moose, a couple of Disney-obsessed adventurers from Yorkshire, UK, who just love to get out and about and explore! 👀

On the cruise, we travelled to: Cannes, Livorno (Florence), Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples (Pompeii), Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca. We started and ended the trip in the stunning city of Barcelona!

On Day 3, we had breakfast at the Garden Cafe buffet on board, and we give a full tour of the breakfast buffet options! 😋 Cannes is a tender port, so we boarded a tender boat (a makeshift one - a lifeboat 🤣) using our VIP tender passes and sailed over to the port! We explored beautiful Cannes, including the harbour, the seafront, the shops (and may have purchased some gelato...again!), and then walked up the hill to the Château de la Castre for some stunning views of Cannes.

We boarded an actual tender boat back to the ship, before enjoying a trivia with the Cruise Staff and eating dinner at the Garden Cafe buffet!

In the evening, we had been invited to the Captain's Cocktail party in ✨THE HAVEN✨as we were on the VIP list for this cruise, thanks to some friends! We attended the party, ate some canapes, and got to see the Haven lounges, before watching Burn the Floor in the Breakaway Theatre. We then went to Syd Norman's Pourhouse (our favourite entertainment on the ship!) before ending the night in O'Sheehan's for some late night dinner and watching some of the ship's musicians.
