Just the pure rock crawling experience.
This isn't my truck. It's owned by a friend of mine who bought it used and needed to figure out how to get it working. I ended up recommending a different, more compact transmission that I had recently installed in one of my rigs and designing an adapter to raise and angle the new transmission in a way that nothing would bind.
This is a GSpeed frame, not sure which one, and two front TRX4 axles. The fact that the rear axle is also a front offset axle is why multiple parts would bind against each other. It now runs an Amazon clone of a Dluxfab Ultra Light transmission and a Hobbywing Fusion SE 1800kv motor. Two direct power servos steer all 4 wheels. Shocks are genuine Dluxfab Dravtechs, but they are the older design from before Dlux started including their logo on the shocks. Tires are Class 1 JConcepts Bossmans with Injora Silicone inserts, which in Class 1 size seem to work much better than in Class 3 size.
We chose this Jeep Gladiator body because that's what my friend had that fit the truck. I personally don't like the Gladiator but we both agreed the body on this truck was pretty much meant to be.
