My favorite lever / jammer arm exercises by body part being performed on a Quantum Trainer Pro 2 to show not only the benefits of those attachments, but also to the unique qualities of the QT. You may be limited on the exercises based on the model of lever arm (as not all have the 360 rotation). While there's roughly 50 exercises in this video, this is just barely scratching the surface with what you can do with this machine and lever arms.
