While off the shoulder top is still a fashion trend, I'll show you how to make a Carmen Style Blouse. Overall I followed the BurdaStyle pattern but made small changes as I don't have a serger. If you're looking to make a nice and neat wrong side of your garment without an overlocker, try to finish the seams with the flat felled seam. It seems to me, the flat felled seam fits perfectly for this project. Also, I gave up the elastic in the sleeves and added 4 cm to the blouse length.
