In 2023, President Bio made a national call to all Sierra Leoneans to feed ourselves and boost household incomes. Reflecting on this call, some youth and women have already answered: providing jobs, food and income for their communities- serving as an inspiration to others
At Muloma Farm, led by a young woman, they’re taking it to the next level — with an integrated farming system featuring 10,000 layers producing nearly 9,000 eggs per day, fish ponds, ducks, a cattle ranch, and thriving maize fields.
Muloma Farm is building agrotourism - transforming the site into a true rural oasis. The farm is already a hub of employment, skills training, and opportunity for the local community.
