In this video, we take an in-depth look at the US 301 realignment project from just north of Florida’s Turnpike to CR 470 south of Coleman. You’ll see what the new roadway will look like, including the Coleman Bypass, newly installed traffic signals, and the new roundabout at Warm Springs Avenue. This project represents a significant shift in how traffic will flow through this rapidly growing corridor.
We also break down the construction timeline for this three-phase project and review the cost of each segment, helping put the scope of the investment into perspective. Using a combination of drone and ground-level footage, I’ll show the current progress of the bypass and the Turnpike crossing intersection, highlighting what’s complete, what’s still under construction, and what drivers can expect in the years ahead.
