It's from Africa.
Stichtite rock
I normally dont carve rock but a friend of mine is a huge rock collector and he brought me over some of this rock he got from Africa and asked me to carve him a piece, it's very soft stone and shails very easy ,
I probably should of used a finger bur bite, but what ever I did what I could ,
It helps to just carve what u see in the shape of the mtrl u are using, this piece I seen a eagle head,
Eye inset with abalone shell,
