Ingredients (सामग्री) :

For Tomato Paste:
3 tomato (टमाटर)
1 tbsp oil (तेल)
2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ cup melon seeds (soaked for ½ an hour) (खरबूजे के बीज, आधे घंटे के लिए भिगोए हुए)

For Fried Onion:
¼ cup oil (तेल)
3 onions (large julienne) (तीन प्याज बड़े जुलिएन में कटे हुए)

For Green Paste:
4 green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch ginger (अदरक)
7 to 8 garlic cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
¼ cup coriander stems (धनिये के डंठल)

For Sabji:
5 tbsp oil (तेल)
1 tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
Green paste (हरी पेस्ट)
Tomato paste (टमाटर पेस्ट)
½ tsp turmeric (हल्दी)
2 tsp red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder (जीरा-धनिया पाउडर)
1 tsp kitchen king masala (किचन किंग मसाला)
1 tsp sugar (चीनी)
Fried onion (तले हुए प्याज)
Water as required (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
Salt as per taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
1 tsp Kasoori methi (कसूरी मेथी)
1 cup green peas (हरी मटर)
100 gm paneer, cubed (पनीर, टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ)
Coriander, finely chopped (धनिया, बारीक कटा हुआ)
1 tbsp butter (मक्खन)
