Sanskriti Mandal who is celebrating Dussehra in Tilak Nagar for the last 50 years, had made a 51-feet tall effigy. Lot of firework and cultural events also took place on Wednesday, (i.e. 24/10/2012). It is considered to be the most wonderful cultural programme.
