We spoke to Head of Athletic Performance Brad Mayo last month to see how the Munster men's team are preparing for the 2025/26 campaign.
Pre-season began on Monday, July 21, with a five-week block of training culminating in a training camp at Rockwell College.
The team then had a down week and returned to the HPC on Monday, September 1, ahead of the first pre-season game away to Gloucester this Friday night.
