N54 HPFP Replacement (DIY)

If you can turn a wrench, you'll be able to replace the High Pressure Fuel Pump or HPFP on your BMW N54 with ease! It was honestly one of the easiest parts to replace for our cars. The hardest part is stomaching the cost of the new pump 😂

Applies for BMW 335i, 135i, 535i and any N54-powered BMW!

You will need:
8mm socket (for cabin filter and cowl)
10mm socket (for throttle body)
11mm socket (for intake manifold and high pressure fuel line bolt)
5mm hex (for HPFP)
Pliers (for the hex bolt behind the HPFP)
E12 external torx (for low pressure fuel line bolt)
17mm wrench (for fuel line nuts)
Shop rag (to catch fuel and oil)
