Caste based discrimination is illegal in Nepal, but many Dalits, the so called ''untouchables,'' say life is still difficult. Children are banned from some schools and they're struggling to make any advances in society. Al Jazeera's Subina Shrestha reports from Kapilvastu, Nepal.
