Transformation projects, whether in the public or private sector, are often complex and come with a unique set of challenges. The UK Government recently announced the merger of the Infrastructure and Projects Authority and the National Infrastructure Commission, to create the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA), which tells us the landscape for project professionals is evolving.
Large scale transformation initiatives require detailed planning and execution to achieve value. It is essential to understand strategies that work well, and those that don’t.
