10K Mile 2022 Pro R vs. 2025 Pro R Build: What We Learned & How We Improved It!

We put 10,000 hard miles on our 2022 Polaris RZR Pro R, pushing it through the desert to find its limits. Now, with our brand-new 2025 Pro R build by Alpine Designs, we took everything we learned and addressed the common failures to build the ultimate reliable desert machine.
What Changed?
More Baja Designs amber lighting – added a 3rd Baja Squadron Pro to the bumper & we upgraded from XL80s to LP4s
Same PRP seats – because they held up great!
Kryptonite fixed the flaws – providing long-term durability and increased strength
MTS suspension over Shock Therapy – Trying out a new suspension setup
This build is designed to tackle anything the desert throws at it, and we’re excited to see what the 2025 Pro R has in store for us! Stay tuned for more testing, breakdowns, and adventures.
