Saivities are fortunate to have Thirumurai songs from 27 Saiva saints. There are a total of 12 Thirumurais, including Thevarams, Thiruvasagam, Thirukoviyar, Thiruvisaippa, Thirupallandu, Thirumanthiram , Periya Puranam. In this video, Prof G. P. Nallasivam from Tamil University, Tanjuvur highlights the importance of Thirumurai chanting in full to Saivites in Sydney at a meeting organised by the World Saiva Council (Australia) on 2nd Dec. 2012. The speech is presented in two parts.and this video is the first part of the speech.
