I finally made some time to go ice bathing whilst it's still winter here and thought I'd bring you along with me!
It was horrible and incredible at the same time😂 Have you ever been swimming in ice cold water?? Let me know!
We went ice bathing in Nacka at Hellasgården which was beautiful! They have a website where you can just book the sauna and then go swimming, walking, skiing etc!
