Here comes a new challenger!! This board is strong, I may like it more than the neo60 core. (!!!). Being all curvy and beautiful, pink and hhkb might have something to do with it. From its dolphin-esque side profile to its copper weight. I love this board. Solid as all hell. Will have to wait for the direct pairup videos that need to be edited against my other boards similar to the neo60 series of comparisons. But this board is hella strong.

I really love the batch of mx2a's i just did for it. I decided to try the SW Chewy springs from Bowl's site. Great that we have a USA vendor for SW stuff now. 17.5mm, 62g springs lubed with 105. TX 0.125 films, 3203 on 4 sides on stem. As soon as i did my first switch to test, i was like dang, these switches are fast. despite the relatively short length vs 22mm geons, and single stage, i was like wow these are fast. once soldered down they return fast enough to make the board nice and loud, despite the fact i lubed the tops of stems and all 4 sides of the stem. This may be my new fav spring. the 62g weight doesnt even bother me. I may have to load up on these springs. You can get em at bowl or swagkeys.

The board design is super simple, install gaskets similar to lattice mounts, has a pogo connector to the DB. drops in and clicks into gaskets with some feedback to know u have done it correctly. Board works out of the box straight up. Even has mostly correct mappings. It uses Vial. all hkkb layer 1 was already correctly mapped like how i like it. arrows, 1.5u supers etc. Very good. I dont find it bouncy at all (altho i didnt build it plateless)

There is some slight thunk pickup despite the 4 bumpons and no long feet, but honestly i dont mind the sound. gives some of that top mount ish sound even though it is a one piece board. But at end of the day we are talking about $115 plus ship here. Way down in neo60 core range. Not too much to say, this guy slaps. lol. Kbdfans actually released a good board for once!
