A Halloween party isn't complete without a terrifying tipple. This Halloween punch is easy to make and will shock your guests! The frozen hand is made with gelatine, which means it won't melt to nothing by the time your guests arrive.

But this punch isn't just scary to look at, it tastes good, too! The homemade cinnamon-ginger syrup is delicious and you can add as much or as little as you like to get the perfect balance. A dark red juice, such as pomegranate, is a good choice, but you could easily use something just as dark - such as a dark grape juice or even Ribena.

TIPS:

-- To ensure the hand melts as little as possible, and that your punch is as refreshing as possible, chill the components of the punch in the fridge before adding to the punch bowl
