Well, its Official! No pun intended, I gave up on an S10+ for greener pastures. Preorder temptations got too big and honestly the Phantom Black was just too darn good looking.

I am back to bring you guys a video of the unboxing and first impressions of my brand new Phantom Black Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it is a STUNNER! I do a bit of comparison for you to my previous experience in weight with my iPhone 12 pro max and the current s10+ I swapped to, to get back to Android.

With this phone in hand now I will be doing an upcoming video with a bit of comparison using the Note 20 Ultra and the S21 Ultra for you guys to check out as that's currently what my wife is using.
This is my FIRST unboxing style video and I struggled to find a backing to open on, so go easy on me! We are living and learning here, lol.

As you know I just couldn't do it with Apple so I decided it was time to switch back to Android and Samsung was the natural progression. I have been tempted many times in the past and previously my best Android experience was with OnePlus. Sadly, it seems OnePlus has been getting a little bit slow with the latest updates and Samsung has been stepping up on letting their chokehold overlay on stock Android which used to be so BRUTAL. Well OneUI is definitely coming along and it's a lot better cleaner experience while still offering EXTENSIVE customization options and benefit without throwing it at someone who wants to really dig into the UI.

I ended up getting a better trade in value due to a bonus for any S9 or S10 trade in that ended up making the pricing comparable to trading in my Note 10+. The beauty of that is the resale is higher on the market for the Note so it was a win win! As for promotions for Canada we received the Galaxy Tag, Galaxy Buds Pro (Phantom Black) and the device, that's it that's all but I can't complain as the buds are a $260 value.

As always this device was purchased with my own funds and I ended up utilizing Samsung's paybright option as opposed to dropping a huge chunk of change out of pocket, especially during these crazy times.

This may not please everyone but I want to keep it real and sometimes, keeping it real goes wrong. I don't really edit or cut out statements, I would rather state something stupid I truly believe than polish everything.

My other firm belief is that a LOT of people around my age just simply won't or don't have the time to dig into a lot of the features or capabilities or any reviewed item I do, so a lot more of the time than a lot of people realize they are part of a small portion of society that FULLY learns every single everything about a lot of items. For those people I commend you, but sadly I am not one of those people. I have the attention span of a common house fly and put forth even less effort!
