WHEAT FLOUR ( ATTA ) – 1 & ½ CUP
JAGGERY (GUD ) – 1 CUP
WATER – ½ CUP
DESI GHEE – 2 TBSP
SEMOLINA ( SUJI ) – 1 TSP
FENNEL SEEDS ( SAUNF ) – 2 TSP CRUSHED
DRY COCONUT – 1 TBSP GRATED
REFINED OIL/GHEE – FOR FRYING
