In this episode, I pulled up to Moreno Valley, California, deep in the Inland Empire (IE), to link up with the Edgemont Criminals — one of the most talked-about sections out this way. This was their first-ever hood vlog, and it turned into a day that nobody expected.

From the jump, the vibe was positive. The homies from Edgemont welcomed me in, gave me a real tour through their section, and spoke openly about growing up in Moreno Valley, what life is like being a Criminal, and how they move as a community. They shared stories about their roots, what separates them from other hoods, and what it’s like holding it down in the IE where the culture runs deep but often gets overlooked compared to L.A.

One of the biggest questions people have had online for years finally got cleared up in this vlog: the Edgemont Criminals are NOT Hoovers, and they’re not under the Hoover card. They made it crystal clear — there’s no beef with the Hoovers, no tension, no politics. They just wanted the record straight: “We’re not Hoovers — we’re Criminals.” That statement alone broke the internet and had everybody talking, because people outside the IE always had that confusion.
