lying my Wills Wing Alpha 235 with a Tenax 4 harness, I launched from Mt. Woodside, BC and quickly found myself in strong thermals that carried me up to 3600ft (1097m).
The higher I climbed, the stronger the air got. I had to make a fast decision — avoid the restricted airspace over the nearby prison and head for an alternate landing zone behind the mountain.
