This week I am packing for a trip to visit my family. And it's made me quite retrospective and slightly sad because my relationship with family has changed. And I can't shake the feeling that I and my 'life of sadness' as they see it do not matter anymore. Has anyone experienced this? Has it damaged your relationships? I am starting to care less and focus only on relationships that feel good. My friends are the only ones holding me up these days.
