Why does my canvas show through in my acrylic pour?

I am sure that his happened to most of us that have used silicone in our acrylic pours. You finish up and there is small circles of canvas showing through usually on the edges and the sites. They'd be a royal pain to try and fix manually and you wish they wouldn't have appeared at all.
