Here’s a scene from “Requiem”, the 18th episode (121th overall) of the sixth season of the 1978-91 CBS drama “Dallas”. The episode originally aired Friday, February 4, 1983.
Hoping to stop J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman) from buying a refinery, Rebecca Barnes Wentworth (Priscilla Pointer) attempts to fly down to Houston. However, the Wentworth company plane had crashed. Rebecca was rushed to the hospital, but it was too late. Before Rebecca dies, she makes her daughter Pamela Barnes Ewing (Victoria Principal) promise to look after her brother Cliff Barnes (Ken Kercheval) and her sister Katherine Wentworth (Morgan Brittany).
Note: The episode marked Priscilla Pointer’s final appearance on Dallas.
