Movements:
DB Squats
DB Shoulder Press
DB Bicep Curls
DB Stiff-leg DLs
DB Bent-over Row
Workout:
5 reps of each movement(total 25 reps) in 1 minute for 5 minutes for a grand total of 125 reps.
