Valve’s got some stuff in the works for 2025. This video covers their new VR headset, an update to SteamOS, a beta for handheld devices, and a few other things they’re up to. Here’s what’s going on. Valve’s working on a VR headset called Deckard. It doesn’t need a PC to run, and they’re testing it now along with creating a game for it. The Deckard might launch in 2025 and cost around $1,200. Valve published a new eye tracking patent "Optical Eye Tracking Systems and Methods". SteamOS 3.7 is starting. Valve’s planning a beta for SteamOS on handheld devices, expected between March and May 2025.
