Since my first Craft review video (Nov 2024), I've been designing a Craft-inspired workspace/ workflow that makes sense for founders and leaders.

If you've thought about using the Craft app as business tool in your founder or leader journey, then definitely check this project out.
The big idea is to share a comprehensive framework that helps you stay present and make progress under pressure. (There are setup guides, but the main thrust is a series of training videos to talk you through how each part can be added in when you're ready.)
The great part of any digital workspace is that you get to make it work for your context, so don't expect a quick fix. The hope is that you'll learn how to leverage the tools (like Craft) to simplify your operations into a stronger overall workflow.
This isn't an "ultimate" training. However, it's been a really rewarding project to refine on behalf of the other founders and leaders I get to work with.
