Repairing a noisy Miele S3 vacuum cleaner

A Miele S3 Model SGFE1 has got noisy sounding like a jetfighter.
Looking into the unit, the problem is located as some debris has got stuck in the vacuum wheel. After removing the debris the unit is running noiseless as new.
The problem is caused by misplacement of the blue hose gasket lever, letting debris pass the gasket at the dust bag and then pass the sheet filter. The blue lever has to rest freely on top of the white case taps, not beneath.
