We have changed the Recovery process with our ProLogic and ScanLogic safe lock systems. As of manufacturing date August 29th, 2025, the Recovery System has been disabled by default. This has been done as a security measure.
If you want the enable the Recovery feature, you must first change the Super Code, Recovery Code and Encryption Key, then enable Recovery. This video walks you through this process.
