DIY Origami 3D Pencil Holder

How to make your own pen or pencil holder? What would you need to build your 3D origami Pencil Holder? Lets jump into the details:
Requirements to build an origami art:
1. A big scale of about 30 cm.
2. 5-6 different colors of A4 size printing papers.
3. Paper cutter.

Steps:

1. Take one A4 size sheet and divide it into 32 equal sections as show in at    • DIY Origami 3D Pencil Holder   . Each section is about 5.2cmX3.7cm in dimensions.
2. Keep all different colored papers below this already folded paper.
3. Use the scale and the cutter to cut out the 32 sections.
4. Take one of these cut out sections and start building your origami building block.

6. First, build the base of your 3D origami pen/pencil holder. As shown here    • DIY Origami 3D Pencil Holder  
7. Use colors in a sequence so the you get a uniform looking holder. Repeat each color at least 5 to 6 things to form a complete base.    • DIY Origami 3D Pencil Holder

9. You will need approximately 350 to 400 building blocks to complete a fair big pencil holder.
10. You can cover the open base of your holder using some hard cover applied using glue. I used fevicol.
