Lusaka’s Chainda residents last evening fought running battles with the police in a suspected kidnapping case.
This was after residents protested the way officers handled a case of suspected kidnapping in the area describing officers as slow and unconcerned.
A ZNBC news crew that rushed to the scene found dozens throwing stones at a team of officers who retaliated with teargas.
