That day, it was raining really hard,
But my wife and I decided to enjoy it.
I gathered some wood and made a fire on the porch of our countryside house. I put the kettle on the fire and prepared everything we needed for the barbecue. My wife skewered the chicken and tomatoes and I started grilling. The smell of the grilled chicken mixed with the scent of rain in the air _ it felt amazing. We set the table, added our seven-year- old pickled garlic and other sides, and enjoyed the meal while watching the rain fall. At the end, we finished the day with a cup of tea brewed on the fire _ simple, cozy, and full of peace
