A bit of backstory :

story is basically about how the blue haired girl (Laura) was taken because of a prophecy believed by the kingdom of that nation. And therefore was forcefully taken away at a young age from her village to live with the Royal family, to aid in the prophecy.
The prophecy states this,

“The house of royals shall start to wither and decay as the 3rd son may come into power. But don’t be panicked by this, for there will be a child of this nation with blue hair and dragon blood that shall save the house of royals.”
Although Laura is a blue haired girl with dragons blood, she was forced into this position because of this prophecy, and soon has had enough of the role of ‘hero’
There are 3 children of the 3rd son, (King Wallace’s Children) the eldest daughter Princess Opal, The heir of the throne Prince Nolan, and his twin Lilia (Lil-yan
