cheesy stuff crust pizza | dough recipe | Aussie girl can cook

makes 2 pizzas 4 huge slices or 8 good size slice per pizza. stuffed full of mozzarella really easy and cheap to make. lots of fun too. kids wont eat bought pizza again. awsome to freeze i make a months worth at a time. recipe below

i forgot to rub a little oil over the crust before i put in oven will make it come out toastier and washes a bit of the flour off :)

dough recipe

580ml warm water
2 heaped tea sp salt
2 heaped tea sp dry yeast
1 and 1/2 table sp olive oil
5 and 1/4 cups plain flour
cover rest 1 and 1/2 hours

cook pre heated 240 degrees c for 15 mins

bbq meat lovers
pasta sauce
bbq sauce
mozzerella cheese
bacon
onion
ham
chicken
pepperoni
pizza cheese

with the lot add
garlic crust
pineapple
mushroom
black sliced olives
anchovies
prawns
capsicum
chilli

to reheat from frozen pre heat oven 180 degrees c cook for 10 to 12 mins
