Finished the week off with a delt sessions that included log presses. Starting to feel the straing of this weeks hard training, but still managed a decent training session.
This was my second sessions ever with the log so still very much just getting used to it and learning the technique.
This week was really great training vice...so many amazing sessions and tons of work done. Couldn´t be more happy. Tomorrow i will probably rest.

Whole session:
Log Press= 1x80kg, 3x3x80kg
Standing Military Press= 8x40kg, 7x60kg, 2x6x60kg
Seated Side Lateral Raises= 2x15x8kg, 3x15x6kg

Rear Delt Raises= 15x8, 4x15x6kg
One Arm Side Lateral Cable Raises= 5x10x10kg
+
Face Pulls= 15x50kg, 4x15x40kg
DB Shrugs= 12x40kg, 12x45kg, 8x50kg, Drop Set: 10x55kg+10x40kg+10x30kg
+20min HIIT cardio w/ Cross-trainer
+Ab-roller= 3x12x + Medicine Ball Leg Raises= 3x15x
