So, this is the only existing footage of one of the least known instrumental improvisation/jam layed by Dream Theater. This particular one, called Slow Motion, was performed solely in the first four dates of the 2nd US leg of the Images And Words Tour. Of those four shows, only this one (the third) survives in video form.
The video quality is very bad, and there is a nasty clipping noise going on in the background. The sound, however, is quite clear and audible. If you can get past the obvious quality shortcomings of this video, you are in for a treat!
