Amy Bento never breaks the intensity or rhythm by slowing down to "teach" a pattern. Instead, she just keeps layering in new combinations and options; of course, her excellent form and cue-ahead instruction - and the 15-minute pre-workout tutorial - make it all doable.
The transitions are super-smooth; your feet always seem to end up in the right place for the next combo. The moves are athletic and complex, but never "dancy". They include repeaters, glides, spins, and jumps that often use the entire bench (e.g. up, over, around, and behind).
