Todd Hagins, a former federal prosecutor joins Amy Wood to discuss the federal charges facing Spartanburg County's former sheriff, Chuck Wright, and how federal sentencing guidelines work. Could the Sheriff get little more than a year if he pleads guilty? Plus, plans to move the Spartanburg clock tower are now on hold, stopped by a judge for now.
