So now we have all been able to digest the incredible news coming out from Gibson Custom today, lets take a look and most importantly a listen to these incredible new models from the Gibson Custom Murphy Lab!

In case you aren't sure on what the Murphy Lab is yet...

The Gibson Custom Shop do some pretty special stuff, whether it be Re-issues of our favourites guitars of years gone by, or turning dream guitars into reality. The Gibson Custom Shop can do it all. New within the world of Gibson custom we are super excited to present the “Murphy Lab”, an all new division dedicated to the art of innovation who are highly skilled in ageing guitars using the latest and most sophisticated technology and tools. Headed by legendary builder “Tom Murphy”, these guitars are the pinnacle of Gibson.

In this video, we pulled out a cross section of guitars on this first shipment and Jack will run through the ethos of the Murphy Lab and what you can expect from the Collection and from Made to Measure from the division. Jack also details the levels of ageing and finishes you can get from these amazing guitars and the fine detail and craftsmanship that has gone into every inch of these instruments.
