RECIPE

Pineapple Fizz
2-oz (60 mL) white rum
1.5-oz (45 mL) pineapple juice
1-tsp (5 mL) sugar
Club soda

Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Glass: Collins

Instructions: Stir pineapple juice and sugar in glass until sugar dissolves. Fill glass with ice. Add rum. Top with club soda. Gentle stir. Garnish.
