Windswept: Part 37: Bells End

Between Part 36 & 37 of this playthrough, this game was updated for gameplay improvements, bugfixes and other such things across all of its platforms (though there's still unfortunately one major issue that still persisted through my PS5 run of this game...).

World 5 of this game seems to take place in some ancient ruins, and it looks like these ruins were deeper within the forests of World 1.

For this level, you start out facing the left... because the goal is actually to the right, behind you! But you shouldn't worry about that, now. Head left to explore the stage.

A lot of flowers here can be smacked for a speed boost, though some of them could trigger something else, like unlocking a Bonus Area.

World 5 has harder levels, but also I'm trying to remember my tech and skill with this game.

Hue comes back again, but only in one of the Bonus Areas, and if you can take him out properly, he can be brought to a blue portal which will give you one last minigame cartridge.

To "finish" this level, you have to hit a giant flower at the end, and then it rings like a giant bell. I see where this level's name comes from.

This giant bell flower then warps you all the way back to the start of the level. If you didn't know the goal was right next to you to the right, you'd probably be confused with what you did wrong.

But once you've figured out the fakeout, then it's not so bad now, right?
