Ginataang Gulay | PINAKBET or PAKBET RECIPE | PINAKBET SA GATA

PAKBET/PINAKBET is a well-known filipino food when it comes to vegetable dishes in the Philippines, where different types of vegetables are mixed together and slowly cooked over medium heat. It is often topped with meat or seafood. It can also be added to gata (coconut milk) to make pinakbet even more delicious.

Ginataang Gulay | Pakbet Sa Gata
Ingredients
1/2 kg mixed vegetables (pang pakbet)
1/4 kg thinly sliced pork
40g Knorr Ginataang Mix
5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 large tomato
1 pork cube
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp. sugar
ground black pepper to taste
