Pros: speedy check-in, no queuing at the airport, separate bus for boarding, great food and drinks, plush and comfortable bedding, friendly and professional crew, private and speedy arrival experience in Zurich.
Cons: seat lacks a door/curtain for privacy, wait time for a shower suite in the Schengen transit lounge A in Zurich
