In this video, we’re working on a 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. The unit fails to complete the charger communication phase — it powers on when connected to a charger, but the system shows no indication of charging. There’s no battery icon or charging symbol, and the battery itself is neither detected nor charging.
According to the previous repair shop’s diagnosis, the issue appeared to be battery-related. They replaced the battery, but the problem persisted, after which the device was sent to us.
