This is an 11/24/24 performance by Karen Bogardus, piccolo, and Mara Waldman, piano, of American composer Katherine Hoover's THREE SKETCHES: PICCOLO AND PIANO (2004), a three-movement work for piccolo and piano, at Manhattan's Scandinavia House, Victor Borge Hall, as part of the 5th annual "Dear Composers" concert.
The three movements are: Dusk, Hide & Seek, and Danza. The concert was produced by The Musicians Club of New York, Per Brevig, President, in collaboration with board member/curator Jean Townsend. Audio and video are by Neve Jahn, with editing by Jean Townsend.
